Returns & Exchanges
Returns & exchanges will be accepted in the following circumstances:
- We shipped the wrong item
- The item was damaged in shipping
- You ordered the wrong item by mistake
- You wish to exchange the item for a different one
Shipping charges will be covered by us if we were at fault or the item was damaged in shipping. If you were at fault and ordered the wrong item or wish to exchange the item for a different one, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item plus the cost of shipping the replacement item. Items returned must be shipped via UPS pre-paid.
If you are returning an item for a refund, the refund will be credited to your charge card.
The returned item must be in new condition. If it is found to be damaged or show signs of use and wear, you will be charged for the cost of restoring the item to new condition before a credit will be issued.
If you want a replacement item, you will have to submit a new order. Your order must meet the minimum requirement of $40.00.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original shipment.
Before you return an item you must obtain authorization for the return by emailing returns@affleckpianotuning.com and explaining your reason for the return as well as whether you want a refund or a replacement. You will then receive specific instructions for returning the item purchased.
All returns for refund will be subject to a 15% restocking charge + our shipping costs on the original order if we provided free shipping of the order.
DO NOT return an item without prior authorization or it will not be accepted.
